This service will not require a signature when the parcel is delivered. The parcel will be left in your letter box, at your door step or with a note to collect at your local Australia Post Office or StarTrack depot.

If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

Please Note: International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:
- Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges &/or cost of goods will not be refunded.
- Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.

Your order will be processed same day, during normal business hours but will be shipped each Wednesday trackable via DHL.
Please Note: For quickest delivery from time of placing your order, we recommend placing your order using our 'Credit Card' payment option. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. 'Credit Card' payments are instant.

Change of Address
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your Order. Address Confirmation is shown on the checkout page and in the Order Confirmation e-mail If this is not noticed until after your Order is finalized, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.


We offer a 30 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY for all faulty products or item received not as described, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied. We do not offer a replacement service for change of mind.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.

We do not accept returns unless -
- Any labels are still attached to the product.
- Products are returned in the original undamaged box.
- The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)
- The product has not been damaged or soiled.
- The product has not been altered by you in any way.
- The product is accompanied by the original invoice.
- We do not accept returns for pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits.

Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
